Circular Consulting is proud to partner with the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) to deliver a comprehensive, multi-month training series for its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program staff and leadership. Following a training needs assessment, the series provides focused professional development designed to strengthen staff knowledge and support effective HCV program operations.
